1. ORDERS
For the good service and operation of Trypool Productos y Servicios SL with the customer, to avoid errors and improve management, orders must be sent in writing to our sales representatives, detailing the code and units of the product or to our e-mails:
2. DELIVERY DEADLINES
Trypool Productos y Servicios SL will indicate delivery times through its sales department when requested and they will be met as long as there is sufficient material in the warehouse to complete the agreed order. Failure to comply with the delivery date does not authorise the purchaser to cancel or modify the order or to request compensation or indemnity for the delay. Trypool Productos y Servicios SL shall not be held responsible for delays caused by transport agencies.
3. PORTES
Delivery charges are included in the prices for orders over 1.000,00€ (VAT NOT INCLUDED) in the Spanish mainland and 1.500,00€ (VAT NOT INCLUDED) in the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Shipping costs are not included for filters, shelters, covers and solar showers. Shipping is not included in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other territories. For the aforementioned products or locations, please request a quote from Trypool Productos y Servicios SL.
4. PAYMENTS
The method of payment shall be previously agreed in writing with our sales department, and studied and approved by our financial department. In other cases, payment will always be by advance transfer. The first order will always be by advance transfer and in the case of return of any of the payments, the customer will have to pay the return costs and, for subsequent orders, payment will be by advance transfer.
5. WARRANTIES, REPAIRS AND RETURNS
Each product has specific warranty conditions according to the law. These can be consulted for each of them with our sales and technical department in each case before purchase. No returns or repairs will be accepted without prior written authorisation from the company's technical department. No returns or repairs will be accepted without the corresponding purchase invoice for the article in question. Guarantees for a product manipulated by a person outside the technical department of our company cannot be covered. The client undertakes, and is obliged by law, to keep secret all conversations held with Trypool Productos y Servicios SL, in compliance with the provisions of the European Union Regulation of 2016/679, as well as the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on data protection. Your personal data will be included in a file owned by Trypool Productos y Servicios SL and may be used to keep you informed of news and developments related to our services. To cancel or rectify your personal data, you must send an email addressed to trypool@trypool.comor by writing to Trypool Productos y Servicios SL, PO Box 2145, 30500 - Molina de Segura (Murcia), accompanied by a copy of your ID card.
7. RESERVATION OF TITLE AND JURISDICTION
The company retains ownership of the goods sold until the buyer has paid in full. Therefore, as long as payment has not been made, the goods may be withdrawn in whole or in part at the buyer's address. Any dispute between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Molina de Segura (Murcia), and always under the law of the Spanish territory.
